This website is owned and operated by Bernadette Douglas, doing business as Soulful Health Coach. I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Precision Nutrition Coach offering wellness coaching, digital programs, and free educational resources for women over 50.

Purchases and payment
Paid programs are sold through third-party checkout providers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your purchase.
When you buy a program, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for yourself. You do not own the content.
Refunds
Refund terms are stated on each program's sales page, and those terms apply to your purchase.
If a program offers a results-based guarantee, you'll need to show that you completed the daily action steps before requesting a refund. To request one, email bernee@soulfulhealthcoach.com within the stated window.
Coaching sessions
If you book a 1:1 coaching session or assessment:
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule
Missed appointments without notice may be counted as a used session
Coaching is a partnership. I'll bring my expertise and support, and your results depend on the choices and actions you take
Your responsibility for results
I'll give you the best guidance I can, but I can't guarantee any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your starting point, your health, your consistency, and circumstances outside anyone's control. Any results shared on this site are examples, not promises.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services — for example, my email provider, booking tool, and checkout provider. I'm not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of this website, my free resources, my programs, or my coaching. You use them at your own risk and take responsibility for your own health decisions.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use this website means you accept the current version.
